Brown-headed Cowbird

Norwegian: Brunhodetrupial
The Brown-headed Cowbird is 6-8” with ashort tail and is often seen in woodlands, pastures, and lawns. It resides here in the summer and never builds its own nest. It lays eggs in other nests, in fact, Robins and Catbirds are known to throw the Cowbird eggs out.
